Personal History		Growing up in a small trailer in Desert Shores, California with 2 brothers and 1 sister, Chad's childhood growth continued. Until his mother, Jennifer's departure when he was 11. Chad along with his siblings and father, Ian was destroyed however Ian took the departure of his high school sweetheart very personal as if it was his fault which drove him to his addiction and abuse of alcohol, and his sadness turned into rage which he took out on the children he was left with. Chad knew it wasn't right, so he spoke out about it at school to his close friend, who spread it to a teacher who worked it up to a social worker. Ian was arrested for child neglect and abuse in 2334. Chad and his brothers and sister were lost, they had just been assigned a new guardian in Seattle, life was completely different from the sandy desert they were brought up in the city they grew up in. Chad took counselling at his new high school like his siblings. The whole ordeal is what drove Chad to work in law enforcement, and he joined up with Starfleet to bring law where there is none.
